Pepperoni Italian Chicken

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Spaghetti Sauce of your choice ( 32 oz)
  • 8 oz Pepperoni Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 8 oz Stick Mozzarella Cheese , cut into 4 equal sized pieces
  • Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Pound the Chicken breasts thin. Place one chunk of Mozzarella into center and a few slices of Pepperoni, roll up.

Place the rolled breasts into freezer , let freeze about 30 minutes.Remove and dredge the breasts in Italian bread crumbs.

Brown the breasts in a little Olive oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place browned breasts into a quart baking dish and pour one Jar of Spaghetti Sauce over tops . Layer the remaining Pepperoni on top. Finish off with grating Parmesan cheese over the Pepperoni.

Bake in oven for 40 minutes , until cheese is brown and bubbly. Serve over your favorite pasta.
