Lobsrimp

- lobster tail
- 6 shrimp
- coctail sauce
- broccoli
- lemon
- carrots
- iceburge lettuce leaves ( about 3 or more depending on how big the lettuce is)
Cut up leamon into wedges, cut up carrots into small spears, and reduce stems on the broccoli. Make a bowl out of lettuce leaves. Grill Lobster tail and shrimp. When done place lobster tail on to the bottom of plate. Place bowl of lettuce on top of the lobster. Put coctail sauce in the bowl of leaves. Hang shrimp on edge of bowl( three on each side or what ever suits you). Surround seafood with lemon wedges, carrot spears, and stemless broccoli.
