Fresh raspberry Jello pie

One 9" graham cracker crust(homemade:1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs or 20 full crackers, 4tbsp.sugar, 4tbsp.butter or marg. 350 degrees for 7-10 min.)

Put 1 3/4 cups sugar & 3tbsp.corn starch in sause pan.Add 1 1/2 cups water.Heat & cook until thick&clear.Stiring constantly.Add 1 small pkg.raspberry jello, as is, from pkg.Mix completely.Cool completely. Add 1 quart raspberries (berries should be refrigerated for at least 2 hours before adding to jello mixture) Pour into baked cooled pie crust. Chill 2 hours.

serves 8

Also good with fresh strawberries..sub.strawberries and strawberry jello.
