- 1 box elbow macaroni (16oz.)
- 2lbs. hamburger
- 2lbs. colby longhorn cheese (block)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown hamburger in large pot, drain off grease.
In same pot cook macaroni until tender, drain off water.
Mix macaroni and hamburger together.
Cut cheese into slices.
Put layer of macaroni & hamburger mix in cassarole dish.
Put layer of cheese on top of mix.
Continue until dish is full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
Serve hot with vegetables, & you have a complete meal in no time.
