California Jambayla

Ingredients:
- 3 Cups rice
- 2 Cups Chicken, cooked, sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can mushroom pieces
- 1 ring smoked sausage, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 Cup shrimp, small, cooked
- 1 Can tomotoes, large
- 3 stalks Celery, diced
- 1/2 Cup Cashews crushed
- 1 Large Avocado, diced
- salt and pepper to taste, tabasco sauce
- Water
Add all ingredients except avocados and simmer til hot,add avocados 1/2 hour before serving
