Best in the World Meatballs

- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves finely minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into 1" balls. Fry until golden brown in olive oil. Eat as they are
or add them to homemade spaghetti sauce and serve with spaghetti.
