Best in the World Meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into 1" balls. Fry until golden brown in olive oil. Eat as they are or add them to homemade spaghetti sauce and serve with spaghetti.
