Shrimp Ball

- 1 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 or 2 7oz. cans Chicken of the Sea Shrimp (cost cutters use 1 can)
- 1/2 c. mayonaise
- 1T. of horseradish (more or less to taste)
Pour shrimp into boiling water and drain immediately.
Then mix all ingredients together including the shrimp, form into a ball. Refrigerate 3 hours. Before serving pour shrimp cocktail sauce over the shrimp ball. Serve with Ritz crackers.
