THEN LET IT COOL FOR 10 MINUTES.
PUT SPINICH MIXTURE INTO FOODPROCESER AND ADD BLUECHEESE.
TAKE YOUR MUSHROOM CAPS, DIP IN OIL AND ADD SALT AND PEPPER.
STUFF THE MUSHROOMS.
COOK FOR 5 MINUTES IN A 350 DEGREE (F) OVEN.
YOUR DONE.
YOU COULD EVEN ADD SOME AZIAGO CHEESE ON THAT IF YOU WANT , JUST TO THE POINT OF MELTING.
