Hamburger, green bean casserole

Crumble & cook 2 lbs. hamburger in skillet. Drain oil. Add 2 cans drained green beans, 2 cans tomato soup, 1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper, and heat through. Put in casserole dish or leave in heavy, deep skillet.

Prepare instant mashed potatoes to make 6 cups. Spread over meat and bean mixture.

Put 2 cups shredded cheddar( I use mild)on top of potatoes, and sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Cover with foil.

Heat at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is melted. YUM
