Indo Ahi Tartare

.... Yields one serving
  • 4oz Sushi grade ahi tuna (diced)
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp Sambal (indonesian red chili)
  • 1/2 tsp mayonaise
  • juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1/8 avocado (diced)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Gently mix all ingredients together and serve inside a baked butternut squash that has been cut in half, cleaned and buttered. Top with shredded fried won ton and chopped chive.
