Cold Summer Borsch

- 3 beef bullion cubes
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 can shoestring beets
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 small cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1/2 t. dill seed
- salt to taste
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- Hardboiled egg diced
Disolve bullion cubes in boiling water, then add other ingredients (except sour cream
and hardboiled egg) and continue to
cook. Blend in sour cream. Add diced boiled egg. Put in refrigerator and served
chilled.
