Greek Salad

The Dressing:
- 1/2 cup fine Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (split length wise)
Mix and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Salad:
- Fresh Mix Lettuces of your choice
- 1 English cucumber (sliced thin)
- 4 green onions, chopped (not tips)
- Miniture red & yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 pound (more if you like) of Feta Cheese
To serve:
Strain the lemon juice/olive oil over the salad. Freshly Ground Pepper to taste.
If you are on a fat free diet, delete the olive oil. Between the cheese and the olives,
the oil isn't needed.
