Greek Salad

The Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup fine Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (split length wise)
Mix and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Salad:

  • Fresh Mix Lettuces of your choice
  • 1 English cucumber (sliced thin)
  • 4 green onions, chopped (not tips)
  • Miniture red & yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 pound (more if you like) of Feta Cheese

To serve:
Strain the lemon juice/olive oil over the salad. Freshly Ground Pepper to taste. If you are on a fat free diet, delete the olive oil. Between the cheese and the olives, the oil isn't needed.
