Louis Dressing

.... Serves 8

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chile sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley lemon, chopped
  • 1/2 each grated onions
  • salt
  • tabasco sauce


Combine all and keep chilled.
