For sixteen years, Galileo has been Chef Roberto Donna's showcase for his renowned and innovative Italian cuisine.

There are many dining styles at Galileo. At the bar, customers can enjoy a casual meal ordered from a short, inexpensive menu or indulge in an assortment of hard-to-find cheeses kept in a temperature controlled cheese cellar. In the comfortable main and rear dining rooms, private wine room and front and rear outdoor terraces the daily-changing menu offers traditional dishes and contemporary improvisations from Roberto's native Piedmontese roots. Diners have also come to enjoy the special "Dining with the Chef" philosophy at Galileo in his Laboratorio Del Galileio.
