Perona Farms
In 1917, Emil Perona began the dairy farm, in Andover, New Jersey, which turned into a boarding house and restaurant in the Twenties and Thirties. By the Sixties, the Third Generation of family members had turned the small restaurant into an a la carte and catering facility. Then in the Seventies, the property was converted into a multi room wedding-catering facility, noted for its vast property including exquisitely maintained lawns and landscaping, brick patios, courtyards, sparkling lake, water fountains, and other beautiful scenery.
Now the Fourth Generation is continuing the tradition of excellence
begun by their great-grandfather. Perona Farms is rated one of the top
ten wedding facilities in the tri-state area, catering to a host of
celebrities and political figures, such as Margaret Thatcher and
Governor Christie Whitman.
