Prune & Potato Tzimmes from Ruth Sagotsky (Aventura,FL) INGREDIENTS
Add 2 white potatoes and 4 sweet potatoes which have been cut in thick slices, 1 lb prunes,1/2 c brown sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cover pot and cook for 1 hour.
