Passover Apple Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 large apples, peeled,cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup matzoh meal
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Cinnamon and chopped nuts (optional garnish)
Place apples in a greased 9 " cake pan (sprinkle some lemon juice over them).

Mix 1 cup matzoh meal , 1/2 cup oil , 1 cup sugar and 3 eggs well, pour on top of apples. (can also sprinkle some cinnamon & chopped nuts on top).

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or till lightly browned.
