Tamari-Sesame Dressing

Yield: 1 cup

  • 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon plus Hot Chili Oil
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
