Barbecue Sauce

Mesaulte Barbecue
Yield: About 4-5 gallons
POT 1
- 1 gallon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 gallon hot water
- ¼ gallon white vinegar
- ½ pint liquid smoke
- ½ pint hot water
- 1 case Heinz ketchup
- ¾ gallon hot water
Heat and stir over a low fire, do not boil.
POT 2
- 2½ Tablespoons garlic powder
- 2½ Tablespoons salt
- 2½ Tablespoons onion powder
Mix thoroughly, and then add:

Then, remove Pot 1 from the stove and pour it into Pot 2 and stir.
