Frozen Strawberry Mousse recipe
- 10 oz frozen strawberries - thawed
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg white - beat until thick ( add the sugar and lemon juice)
- 1/2 pint heavy cream - whipped
Mix egg white mixture with heavy cream add strawberries mix well - freeze
