Steak Pizziolla

• Round Steak
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 4 cups peeled chopped fresh tomatoes or 4 cups canned tomatoes (1 lb. 3 oz. can)
• parmesan cheese

Place round steak in baking dish. Pour all ingredients over steak Bake in 350 degree oven until meat is tender Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
