Shrimp Capri recipe
Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and hot peppers and sauté over moderate heat. When brown, discard peppers and garlic. Add the shrimp to hot oil and sauté one minute. Add the capers, olives and tomatoes. Cook one minute. Add the wine, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Boil for one minute. Add the butter one tablespoon at a time, stirring gently until blended.
