Mixed Pasta - Peas recipe
Put a large quantity of salted water in a stockpot and set it on to heat. While water is heating, cut pancetta into small pieces and chop garlic very fine. slice onions thin. Put the pancetta, garlic, onions in sauté pan with olive oil, salt and pepper, hot flakes. Cook on low heat 12 to 15 minutes. In the meantime mash peas. When pasta is cooked put it in a large serving dish with a lump of butter and mashed peas. Mix good, then spread pancetta, onions, garlic and parsley over top.Sprinkle plenty of parmesan cheese and parsley to basil and add the rest of peas.
