MIXED GREENS WITH CHAMPAGNE VINAIGRETTE

Champagne Vinaigrette
  • 1 Tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 3 Tablepoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon walnut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
In a small bowl or screw-top jar, combine al the ingredients. Whisk or shake to blend. Toss with mixed greens.
