On June 9, 10 and 11, 2000, StarChefs will be joining dozens of the most renowned stars in the culinary universe at the 18th Annual Food & Wine Magazine Classic at Aspen, sharing our passion for food, wine and entertaining with fellow devotees from across the country and learning from the masters, such as Jacques Pepin, Patricia Wells, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and dozens of other gastronomic authorities. This year, the Classic features cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, seminars, private reserve tastings and back by popular demand, The Cheese Course.
