NICK MALGIERI
Formerly Executive Pastry Chef at Windows on the World, Nick Malgieri is a 1996 inductee into Who's Who of Food and Beverage in America. He is author of How To Bake, the recipient of a James Beard Foundation cookbook award for best baking book of 1995. He is also author of Nick Malgieri's Perfect Pastry and Great Italian Desserts.
In addition to directing the baking program at Peter Kump's New York Cooking School, he is frequently a guest teacher at other cooking schools in the New York area. A professional member of the James Beard Foundation, he is the coordinator of the foundation's program of national baking competitions and is a member of its scholarship board.
