GIULIANO HAZAN
Giuliano Hazan is the author of the best-selling The Classic Pasta Cookbook, which was nominated for a James Beard Book Award in 1994. It has been translated in twelve languages and is sold in sixteen countries. Giuliano Hazan had the best of all possible teachers, his mother, Marcella Hazan, doyenne of Italian cooking. Hazan works as a consultant for Italian restaurants and teaches extremely popular classes in Italian cooking at over 30 cooking schools throughout North America and at the Cipriani Hotel in Venice, Italy. He is currently living in Sarasota, Florida where he is working on his second book, on quick and easy Italian cooking scheduled to be published by Scribner's in the spring of 1998.
