DEBORAH FREUNDLICH
Deborah Freundlich is Co-Publisher
of American Express' Briefing, a
bi-monthly business-building newsletter which is circulated to
over 120,000 restaurant
establishments that welcome the American Express Card. She is also a marketing consultant and association administrator. Her clients include American Express Restaurant Marketing and American Express Senior Membership; she is the Administrative Director of the New York Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food. Deborah coordinates the annual American Express Briefing Breakfast at the National Restaurant Show in Chicago, and facilitates roundtable discussions at The FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE Classic as part of the American Express Restaurant Trade Program. Deborah has done in-depth studies of the restaurant
"No-Show" issue and is coordinator of American Express' Guaranteed Restaurant Reservations Program.
