RORY CALLAHAN
Rory Callahan is president of Wine & Food Associates, a New York-based market development firm. His career in wine began 19 years ago at the University of California, Davis, in the Department of Viticulture and Enology, where he received training as a winemaker. An experienced wine educator and lecturer, Rory also directs the wine studies program at New York University. Component tastings, such as the one in his "ABCs of Wine" seminar at Aspen, are popular features of his wine classes.
