JIM   BLANDI, JR. Jim Blandi, Jr. is President and Owner of LeMont restaurant in Pittsburgh, a family-founded and owned business for 37 years. LeMont is a recipient of the DiRoNA award for distinguished dining and of the Four Diamond Award from AAA. The restaurant has been named Pittsburgh's finest by Esquire magazine and received Travel Holiday's Fine Dining Award for 30 consecutive years. In addition, LeMont's wine list was awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence." Prior to becoming President of Operations and a partner when his father retired in 1990, Jim's experience at LeMont ranges from washing dishes during high school to Sous Chef, Manager and Vice President after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to returning to LeMont, Jim also worked with the Marriott Corporation and served as a chef for Harry Cipriani at Harry's Bar in Venice and Bellini in New York.
