PATRICIA YEO, executive chef of the 3-star AZ restaurant returns to demonstrate more of her Asian inspired dishes filled with global surprises and featuring her love of the exotic and traditional dishes. Patricia will also give us a sneak prieview of dishes from her new Mediterranean restaurant, PAZO.

TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2002 5:30 to 8:00PM

STANLEY WONG, executive chef at TAN DA, formerly chef at Hong Kong's Mandarin Oriental Hotel cooks authentic southeast Asian cuisine. His class will reflect his classic European training featuring dishes flavored with the authentic, complex seasonings of Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

MONDAY, MAY 20, 2002 5:30 to 8:00PM

MASAHARU MORIMOTO, chef / co-owner of the recently opened Morimoto in Philadelphia, PA, formerly executive chef, for six years of Nobu, NYC, and star of 'Iron Chef' will demonstrate his contemporary Japanese cuisine. He will create signature dishes integrating western ingredients and techniques with traditional Japanese cooking.
