from her new Mediterranean restaurant, PAZO.

WONG, executive chef at TAN DA, formerly chef at Hong
Kong's Mandarin Oriental Hotel cooks authentic southeast
Asian cuisine. His class will reflect his classic European training
featuring dishes flavored with the authentic, complex seasonings
of Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

MASAHARU
MORIMOTO, chef / co-owner of the recently opened Morimoto
in Philadelphia, PA, formerly executive chef, for six years of
Nobu, NYC, and star of 'Iron Chef' will demonstrate
his contemporary Japanese cuisine. He will create signature dishes
integrating western ingredients and techniques with traditional
Japanese cooking.
