Cooking
is what we love to do. When we cook we celebrate our connections;
to ourselves, our family and our friends. Every sense of our being
is involved. We feel satisfied that we have created something
delicious and shared this pleasure with others. Not only do we
like to cook, in our own kitchen, we enjoy spending time with
leading chefs who share their techniques, recipes and more important,
their connection to food with us.
We
are committed to cooking seasonally. Our chefs design menus that
teach us about the freshest ingredients used at their prime. As
we emerge from the comfort food of winter to the joys of spring
and early summer ingredients, we feel totally reconnected to the
importance of food.
This
season our guest list features chefs that have committed themselves
to helping others in a time of need. They have all worked tirelessly
not only in continuing to make their restaurant clients happy,
but in reaching out to those less fortunate as well. Our classes
help us connect to the spirit of sharing a common passion.
So
once again we invite you to join us as we begin our 22nd
year. Our program will feature fabulous food professionals from
the USA This season we will offer not only our superb demonstration
classes, but hands-on and on-location cooking classes plus an
assortment of cheese and wine courses.
