Paying homage to his native Sicily with memories of foods and experiences from his youth, Celestino Drago has carved a niche for himself in the highly competitive Los Angeles restaurant market, first as a chef at two of Los Angeles's fine restaurants, Orsini's and Chianti Cucina, and now as a businessman with his own restaurants.
His recipe for success is based upon determination, hard work and the intuition to follow his dream. Since 1991 Celestino Drago has maintained success and popularity at Drago Ristorante in Santa Monica, Il Pastaio of Beverly Hills and Il Pastaio of Pasadena.
