Buckwheat Crepes with White Chocalate, Raspberries, and Vanilla Ice Cream

Mix all ingredients together and let sit covered in a cool place for 30 minutes. Fry crepes in a shallow fry pans till slightly brown. Turn out on plate and stack.

Roll a few bits of white chocolate and a handful of raspberries in each crepe. Heat in oven. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
