Buckwheat Crepes with
White Chocalate, Raspberries, and Vanilla Ice CreamC r e p e s
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 eggs
1/2 cup soda water
1 1/2 cup cream
8 tablespoons melted butter
pinch sugar
Mix all ingredients together and
let sit covered in a cool place for
30 minutes. Fry crepes in a shallow
fry pans till slightly brown. Turn out
on plate and stack.
1 lb white chocolate
1 pint raspberries
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Roll a few bits of white chocolate and
a handful of raspberries in each crepe.
Heat in oven. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
