Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing

Yield: About 1 1/4 cups

  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Whisk together ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt to taste.

Bobby's Tip

This dressing is delicious on salads, as a dip for crudité, or drizzled over fried chicken or fish.
