Buttermilk Dressing
Yield: About 1 1/4 cups
- 3 Tablespoons
sour cream
- 3/4
cup buttermilk
- 2 cloves
garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons
red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon
fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
- Salt
Whisk together
ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt to taste.

This dressing is delicious on salads, as a dip for crudité, or
drizzled over fried chicken or fish.
