HELLA DARK 81%

TCHO’s most elevated dark chocolate blend, with notes of red fruit, nuts, and deep cocoa. It’s great for brownies, ganache, and ice cream. Should this be your new favorite dark baking chocolate? Hella yeah.

OAT MY GAWD 46%

TCHO’s plant-based oat milk chocolate. Super creamy and caramelly with bold, fudgy cocoa notes and a hint of tartness. Great in any recipe calling for "traditional" milk chocolate, but especially cookies, mousse, ganache, and confections!

CHOCO BLANCO 35%

TCHO’s perfectly balanced plant-based oat milk white chocolate with a blend of sweetness, vanilla, and salt. Perfect on its own in ganache and mousse, or for blending with berries or nuts in cheesecakes and truffles.

WHY TCHO?

TCHO, a certified B Corp based in Berkeley, California, has established ten TCHO flavor labs globally. In these labs, they work hand in hand with local farmers to enhance every aspect of the chocolate-making process, from seed to bean to bar.

This collaborative effort not only benefits the communities and the environment but also leads to the production of exceptional cacao. A unique aspect of their process is the ability to trace each bean back to its source, underscoring their commitment to transparency and ethical food production. With 100% of TCHO's cacao being organic and fair trade, you're actively supporting farmers along the supply chain when choosing TCHO, which pays farmers a quality premium when they meet their flavor and consistency standards. That's why TCHO is Chocolate. Fair & Square.
